Refund & Cancellation Policy

Details on billing cycle and cancellation procedure

We understand that you may need to cancel your subscription to Cohesyve. Check the below for details on the cancellation of your subscription:

 

1.    You may cancel your subscription by emailing us at billing@cohesyve.com.

 

2.    Your cancellation request must be submitted at least 2 (two) working days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the subsequent billing cycle. If you cancel after this timeframe, you will be charged for the next billing period. Upon cancellation, your access to the subscription will continue until the end of your current billing cycle and post that you will not have access to the subscription. Your data may be deleted and/ or retained, as per our data retention policy.

 

3.    We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused software licenses, except where required by law.

 

4.    If you re-subscribe after cancellation, you must create an all new subscription and follow the steps once again regarding the new subscription. We reserve the right to apply any then-current price to such new subscription.

 

5.    We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our Website and therefore it would be prudent for you to check this policy periodically.
