Cohesyve Intelligence Private Limited is a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013, having its registered office at 504 Signia Pearl, G-Block, Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai 400051, Maharashtra, India ("Company"; "We"; "Our"; "Us").

The Company provides access to the Platform, including all information, tools and services available, conditioned upon Your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

If You continue to browse through this Platform, You are agreeing to be bound by the Terms which along with the Privacy Policy govern your relationship with Us.

The Company will provide Services to You subject to continuous compliance with the Terms stipulated in this document.

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the Terms. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform and Services and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the Company.

6. Registration

To avail the Services, You shall be required to register and maintain a User Account. You will be required to furnish your name, mobile number, e-mail address, and other information deemed necessary.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your User Account. You agree to notify Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your User Account or Password.

7. Fees and Payment

The Company offers its Services via the Platform subject to specified fees and charges. The User can access the Services only after payment of the specified fee.

All fees will be billed to the credit card, debit card or UPI account You designate during registration. The Company does not collect any payment information directly.

8. Auto Renewal

Services may be offered on automatic renewal basis which would automatically renew upon expiration of the current term. Unless you disable the automatic renewal option, the Company will automatically renew the applicable service.

9. Cancellation of Services

You agree that you will make any cancellation request in accordance with the Company's Cancellation Policy. The Company reserves the right to suspend the provisions of Services for reasons including:

• Violation of the Terms or relevant law
• Unverifiable Registration Data
• Use leading to financial loss, fraud, or risk to the Company or third parties

10. Publicity

You grant us the right to add your name and company logo to our customer list and on Our Platform.

11. Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on the Platform is not accurate or complete. Any reliance on the material on the Platform is at Your own risk.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Subject to Your compliance with the Terms, Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during the term for which you have purchased a package.

The content, products, and services featured on this Platform may contain inaccuracies or errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the information and disclaim all liability for any errors or inaccuracies.

We do not guarantee that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

15. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company and/or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your access to, display of, or use of this Platform.

The liability of the Company towards any user shall at all times be limited to the amount of consideration or fees received by Us from such user for the Service.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Company and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, suits, and litigation costs arising from your use of the Platform and/or the Service.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The Courts of Mumbai will have exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute.

All disputes which cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue for the arbitration shall be Mumbai.

18. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any of Our obligations under the Terms due to reasons beyond our control such as server downtime, viruses, strikes, technical issues, natural calamities, acts of war, terror etc.

20. Notice
